Payment is to be made before fabrication.
We do our best to accommodate any revision necessary before production. Once production has begun, Eminent Laboratories, LLC does not provide any refunds, even in the event of a case that is late.
Should you wish to cancel during the digital model stage, you will only be billed at $35/unit, and the model may be yours to keep.
